Orange the World: Youth, Art, and Awareness

The event kicked off with the “Orange the World” balloon-flying ceremony, symbolizing hope, freedom, and a world free from violence. 🎈

This youth-focused art awareness initiative brought together young people from the Young Ambassadors programme, persons with disabilities, and key partners, including the National Diwan for Human Rights and various UN agencies.

The event was opened by UN Resident Coordinator @ghadaeltahir and featured a briefing session by Dr. Nourah Shuaibi (Women’s Research and Studies Center, Kuwait University), highlighting the importance of addressing gender-based violence and promoting digital safety.
